Bedfordshire and Area
Don't forget that if a book is now out of print, your library may be able to get a copy through the inter-library loan system - ask 'em!
Plus a big thank you to my father, Alan, who has so generously lent me many of his wonderful postcards and reference notes.  My dad is a well known local historian who often gives talks on the village and its surroundings.  He has built up a vast array of knowledge and ephemera and is always happy to share his knowledge with others.  I owe him a lot of gratitude for his help and support in my own studies over the years - thanks dad, you're one in a million!

NEW TURVEY BOOK

I am currently writing a book on life in Victorian Turvey.  I will post more details when I am nearer publishing it.  I have finished a couple of chapters now and I will be doing everything myself apart from the printing.  Exciting eh?
I am proud to have been granted this award by Phenomenal Women of the Web. Click on the piccy for more details.
